These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including the verteco.shop Comparison Shopping Service (CSS) program, as well as our website, tools, and other features (collectively, the “Services”). 11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Slovakia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved in the competent courts located in Žilina, Slovakia, and you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Verteco concerning your use of our Services, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Verteco.

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Verteco’s failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
