E-invoicing is notorious for “price on request” and hidden per-invoice fees. We do the opposite: the entire price list is public and complete. Here is exactly what Peppol e-invoicing costs with Verteco.
Receiving e-invoices – free without the Data archive
Receiving without the Data archive is free – no card on file and no per-document fees, within one shared pool of 1,000 invoices a month (received and sent together). Receiving is precisely the entry requirement introduced by the 2027 mandate – so you meet the legal obligation at zero cost. Free receiving includes the Peppol Box web inbox and EN 16931 validation. (New companies have the EU Data archive switched on by default, which is the complete service at €2 a month; it can be switched off at any time. C5 / TDD reporting is part of the complete service.)
Sending – €2 a month
The complete sending bundle is €2 a month and includes:
- up to 1,000 sent invoices a month,
- REST API and connectors for integration with your accounting/ERP system,
- validation against EN 16931 and the local profile,
- automatic tax reporting (C5 / TDD) to the Slovak Financial Administration.
The plan is €2 / month per sending company ID, paid in advance from prepaid credit. Invoices over 1,000/month – received and sent together – are charged at the per-invoice rate in the portal price list. That’s all; no “price on request”.

Managed integration – when we do it for you
Your own integration (REST API + webhooks + connectors), multiple company IDs (accounting firms, holdings, B2G), white-label and high volume are already in the Send & Receive plan at €2 / month. At higher volumes nothing is blocked – invoices over 1,000/month are charged per the portal price list, no forced upgrade.
Software vendors, SaaS platforms and integrators can become a digital postman themselves: your brand is listed in the Financial Administration’s public provider list as a delivery-service intermediary under Verteco’s certified Access Point, your clients run on the same €2 / month per company ID under your brand, and you set your own prices for them – you integrate once, following the technical guide for platforms (in Slovak). What’s included
On every plan (including free receiving) you get:
- an own certified Access Point (EFSK000031, seat PSK001128) – no reseller between you and the network,
- validation against EN 16931 + Peppol BIS Billing 3.0,
- direct support.
On the paid plans (Send & Receive and up), additionally:
- C5 / TDD tax reporting to the Financial Administration,
- an optional EU data archive – 1 GB per company included, original XML and CSV exports available at any time; the statutory 10-year archive is kept by the taxable person.
What you’ll actually pay
Roughly: a company that only receives invoices and keeps the Data archive off pays nothing. A company on the complete service (it sends, or has the Data archive on) pays €2 a month per company, up to 1,000 invoices a month (received and sent together).
