E-invoicing is notorious for “price on request” and hidden per-invoice fees. We do the opposite: the entire price list is public and complete. Here is exactly what Peppol e-invoicing costs with Verteco.
Receiving e-invoices — free forever
Receiving is free, permanently — up to 1,000 received invoices a month, with no card on file and no per-document fees. Receiving is precisely the entry requirement introduced by the 2027 mandate — so you meet the legal obligation at zero cost. Free receiving includes the Peppol Box web inbox and EN 16931 validation. (The 10-year archive and C5 / TDD reporting come with the paid plans.)
Sending — €2 a month
The complete sending bundle is €2 a month and includes:
- up to 1,000 sent invoices a month,
- REST API and connectors for integration with your accounting/ERP system,
- validation against EN 16931 and the local profile,
- automatic tax reporting (C5 / TDD) to the Slovak Financial Administration.
Every additional invoice over 1,000/month — received or sent — is €0.03. That’s all; no “price on request”.
Managed integration — when we do it for you
Your own integration (REST API + webhooks + connectors), multiple company IDs (accounting firms, holdings, B2G), white-label and high volume are already in the Send & Receive plan at €2 / month. Beyond the free tier, every additional invoice (received or sent) over 1,000/month is just €0.03 — no forced upgrade.
The Managed integration plan is for when you want our development team to connect your SAP / ERP / e-shop for you — including document mapping, sandbox, testing, an on-site meeting and a dedicated Slovak contact with an SLA. What’s included
On every plan (including free receiving) you get:
- an own certified Access Point (EFSK000031, seat PSK001128) — no reseller between you and the network,
- validation against EN 16931 + Peppol BIS Billing 3.0,
- direct support.
On the paid plans (Send & Receive and up), additionally:
- C5 / TDD tax reporting to the Financial Administration,
- a 10-year statutory archive in the EU, audit-ready — for as long as you’re subscribed.
What you’ll actually pay
Roughly: a company that only receives invoices pays €0. A company that also sends up to 1,000 invoices a month pays €2 a month per sending entity.
