Common questions

Things prospects ask us before they sign

How long does a typical case study take from start to first measurable result?

Software builds: 6–12 weeks for first ship, then continuous. Performance marketing: meaningful signal in 4 weeks, durable ROAS in 8–12 weeks. We tell you on day one which bucket your project falls into.

Do you work on a retainer or per-project?

Both. Most software work is fixed-scope sprints; most marketing work is monthly retainers; a few clients run on a hybrid "product team for hire" basis. No long-term contracts — month to month.

What size of business do you work best with?

Sweet spot: €1M–€50M annual revenue, 5–250 staff, ambitions outpacing in-house capacity. We do work with smaller and larger, but that range is where we deliver the most leverage.

Can you localise our existing site/app/ads to other EU markets?

Yes — that's a big chunk of what we ship. 23 EU languages on tap, with native-speaker editors for content, ads and customer-facing copy. Hreflang, slug strategy and cross-market analytics included.

Do you publish detailed numbers on case studies?

Some — where the client has approved it. Otherwise we share aggregate metrics or directional figures. We'll happily walk you through the unredacted numbers under NDA on a call.

How do you handle data, security and GDPR?

EU-hosted by default (Cloudflare EU / Hetzner / AWS Frankfurt). Standard DPA on signup. Penetration tested annually. We can sign a stricter security addendum if you need one.
