Where is my data hosted?
In the EU by default – Cloudflare EU, Hetzner or AWS Frankfurt. Customer data stays in the EU, which keeps it GDPR-friendly and fast for European users.
What are your backup and recovery guarantees?
Daily off-site encrypted backups with tested restore procedures and RPO/RTO targets agreed in writing, so recovery is rehearsed rather than improvised.
Can you take over an existing setup?
Yes. We audit what you have, migrate with minimal downtime, and you keep ownership of the accounts and infrastructure throughout.
Do you also manage domains and DNS?
Yes – we are an accredited .sk registrar at SK-NIC (registrar ID VDSE-0001) and manage domains and DNS directly in the registry, with the domain always registered in your name.
