What size of company do you work best with?
Sweet spot: €1M–€50M annual revenue, 5–250 staff, ambition outpacing in-house capacity. We do work outside that band — but that is where we add the most leverage.
What budget should I expect?
Software builds typically start around €15k for an MVP; most full projects land €30–150k. Marketing retainers run €2–8k/month depending on channel mix and reporting depth (ad spend billed through your own account, not ours). You get a written scope + number on day one — no surprise invoices, no media-buying mark-ups.
How long until first measurable results?
Software builds: 6–12 weeks to first ship, then continuous. Performance marketing: meaningful signal in ~4 weeks, durable ROAS in 8–12 weeks. We tell you on day one which bucket your project falls into.
Do you work per-project or on retainer?
Both. Software is fixed-scope sprints, marketing is monthly retainers, and a few clients run a hybrid "fractional product team" model. No long-term contracts — month to month.
