Project: Our own product — Medisora, a fully cloud practice-management system (“ambulantný softvér”) for outpatient practices. Patient records, calendar, online booking and claims for the health insurers live in one browser app: no server in the surgery, no installation visits, log in from any device and start seeing patients.
Why it exists: most practice software in Slovakia was designed twenty years ago — installed on a PC under the desk, backed up to USB sticks, updated by a technician. Medisora is designed from scratch for the cloud, mobile and the AI era, with eZdravie integration (eRecept v6, eVyšetrenie v7) being prepared for NCZI conformity testing.
What it proves to a prospective client: we can design, build and operate software in one of the most regulated domains there is — healthcare. Insurance-claim formats for all three Slovak insurers, medical-record confidentiality, GDPR, audit trails and EHDS readiness are exactly the kind of unglamorous correctness work client projects depend on.

What the platform does
- Patient records — a structured, searchable kartotéka with e-signatures and a full audit trail of who accessed what, when.
- Calendar and online booking — the practice’s schedule doubles as a public booking page; SMS reminders cut no-shows.
- Insurance claims — monthly claim batches (dávky) for VšZP, Dôvera and Union generated straight from the visit records.
- Stock and dispensing — vaccines and material tracked against use.
- Medisora AI — in preparation: consultation transcription that turns the spoken visit into a structured record (history, findings, diagnoses, recommendations), targeting the 1–2 hours a day physicians currently spend on documentation.
The engineering underneath
Healthcare software earns trust in the parts nobody sees: AES-256 encryption at rest, two-factor login, EU data centres, GDPR-compliant processing, per-record audit logs, and free migration from the legacy systems practices are leaving (Adam, Medicom, WinAmbulancia and others). The whole product runs as a multi-tenant cloud service we operate ourselves — the same discipline we bring to client systems, applied to medicine.
